I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School in 2005 as a registered massage therapist. I began focusing my energy on prenatal, postpartum and infant massage. I have over a decade of experience with athletes, palliative care, post-surgical rehabilitation and work acquired chronic injuries. I am a childbirth educator, certified by CAPPA (Childbirth And Postpartum Professional Association) and teach small classes on birthing and infant care. I also have extensive experience as a birth doula, lactation educator and currently am supporting families during the postpartum period. I have additional training in thai massage, prenatal massage, infant massage, prenatal and postpartum yoga, reiki level 3, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu for prenatal and infant care, and provide a variety of techniques to be utilized by new families and their babies. I am passionate in helping families with new babies gain confidence and comfort through education and care. Bearing witness to a birth in a supporting role has been such an honour, and being able to offer postpartum support to women and their families is just one way for me to help ensure a smooth transition into parenthood.
